Jobet Baulos
Production Division
A hobbyist who turned into a professional photographer and photo editor. Jobet studied Computer Science at the University of Mindanao – Davao City Philippines.
Prior to moving to Qatar, Jobet was an acclaimed freelance photographer who collaborated with some of the best production teams in Davao City. His acknowledgments and awards include winning Best Picture for two years in a row during Musikahan 2012-2013 photo contest along with other several awards and recognitions from different institutions in Davao Provinces and The Philippines.

Post-Production Division Supervisor
Graduating from University of St. La Salle Bacolod City, Philippines with a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts and Science, Jeremy produced various promotional videos for numerous high profiled university events including Animotion, Animolasallian, SummerFest, Sports Fest, University Week and others. After moving to Qatar and joining Al Rawi Productions, Jeremy was involved in various film productions including Qatar Debates TVC, Qatar Handball World Cup Reveal Film, Anti-Doping Lab, Qatar Corporate film and others.

Camera Division
A result driven camera operator, video editor and drone pilot operator. Studied Multi-Media Arts at STI Philippines and attended numerous workshops related to operating various video gear and post production.
Oliver Degillo
Conceptual & Storyboard Artist/ Video Editor
Graduated from Palawan State University with a Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration, major in Financial Management. Oliver has been working as head administrator and coordinator for some known non-profit art organizations in the Philippines. He’s also a former Arts mentor, Visual Analyst, freelance artist and comic book illustrator.
Rocky Manhilot
Camera Division
Studied fine arts major in advertising at Far Eastern University and worked at GMA and ABS CBN the two top television channels in the Philippines as a talent artist and PA. He started widening his horizon in Dubai and worked in various well-esteemed production houses, mainly working in advertising agencies as a product promoter for some big brands across all GCC countries.

Graduated from the University of the Cordilleras with Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Lady has worked as Data Encoder in Metro Bank, one of the biggest bank in the Philippines and worked as Documentation Assistant in Federal Land. She have also more than 2 years of experience being an Executive Secretary in a Government Organization before moving here to Qatar and joining Al Rawi Productions.
Amr Saied
Marketing Manager
Amr is a dynamic marketing management professional with 8+ years of solid background in developing sales & marketing goals. He graduatred from Thebes Acadmey – Egypt with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a minor for marketing and sales strategies and solutions. He has a proven track record in business acquisition and development, skilled at identifying potential markets and development strategies to bring them to fruition. Excellent negotiating, closing and communication skills with individuals at all levels.
Gion Baraquiel
Post-Production Division
A graduate from Mapua Institute of Technology-Manila, the Philippines with a Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts and Sciences, Major in Videography. Prior to moving to Qatar, Gion worked as a Videographer/Video Editor for some of the top event production companies in Manila. He’s a Motion Graphic enthusiast and has an eye for Photography.
